A thoughtful path from selection to sample.

Follow the applicable clinical ordering, eligibility, and authorization process. You’ll then receive the collection instructions relevant to your chosen test.

  • Appropriate medical authorization, where required
  • Collection instructions specific to the test
  • Laboratory analysis of the collected specimen

Sample types, collection options, locations, timing, and any additional fees depend on the test and will be confirmed before ordering.

How laboratory processing is planned
  1. Sample received

The specimen enters the laboratory workflow under the requirements for the selected test.

  2. Quality checks

The laboratory applies appropriate specimen and quality checks.

  3. Test analysis

The relevant laboratory method evaluates the measurements specified in the test menu.

  4. Results reviewed

Applicable technical and clinical review takes place before release, under the final service arrangements.

Illustrative workflow. Specimen requirements, laboratory arrangements, quality checks, and applicable technical or clinical review depend on the specific test.

Plan the questions to ask. Specimen types and collection requirements vary by test.

How to approach your report

Results should be considered alongside medical history and appropriate clinical assessment. They do not replace professional diagnosis or treatment.

An illustrative scene of reviewing information. Your history adds context to results.

A result is a starting point.
Context makes it useful.

Different tests produce different types of findings. A useful report helps you connect the measurement, its meaning, and its limitations.

Every measurement needs context.

What was measured

Identify the test, its targets, and the kind of information it provides.

What it may mean

Read the interpretation and any limits specific to that measurement.

What to discuss

Bring your results, history, and questions to a healthcare professional.

Consider findings alongside your symptoms and medical history. Public examples are illustrative; they contain no patient information. Discuss results with a healthcare professional before making treatment or dietary changes.

Once a report is reviewed and released to your account, you can explore its measurements and keep a copy. The original laboratory PDF, when supplied, stays separate from Claror’s report presentation. Open your released reports

Check the test, collection date and report version before sharing a copy with your clinician. If a report is amended, use its current released version. A report does not by itself establish a diagnosis or tell you which foods to avoid.

Questions? Let’s make things clearer.

A few things to know about the shared journey. For test-specific questions, read the allergy test FAQs or Specific IgG4 FAQs.

Choosing a test

How do I choose a test?

Start with the purpose of the test and the question it is designed to help address. Review what is measured, what the findings can and cannot establish, and any eligibility requirements. A qualified healthcare professional can help determine what is appropriate for you.

Explore our tests
Where can I find the price and what’s included?

What we test presents each test’s scope, availability and base price. Additional collection, clinician, shipping, or consultation charges will be disclosed before purchase. IgE and IgG4 use the same service process, with different measurements and prices.

Who can use Claror’s tests?

The service is for adults aged 18 or older in configured U.S. service areas, subject to clinical assessment and product-specific requirements. The illustrative family photographs do not indicate that testing for children is available.

Clinical process & collection

Do all tests use the same type of sample?

No. Specimen requirements depend on the test. The relevant product page and collection instructions will explain the required sample and available collection arrangements when confirmed.

Is a medical order required?

The planned workflow includes eligibility review by a licensed medical professional and appropriate authorization or an order where required. Requirements can vary by test and location. Approval is not automatic, and arrangements will be explained before ordering.

Where does collection take place?

Collection options and service areas depend on the test and the confirmed collection arrangements. Specific locations, preparation instructions, and applicable fees will be disclosed before you order.

When will I receive results?

Turnaround depends on the test, sample transport, laboratory analysis, and any required review. The expected collection-to-delivery timeframe will be communicated before ordering when those arrangements are confirmed.

Reports & follow-up

How should I use my results?

Read the findings alongside the test’s explanations and limitations. Consider your medical history and symptoms, and discuss relevant results with a healthcare professional. Laboratory findings alone should not drive treatment or dietary changes.

Will the sample reports contain my information?

No. Public examples are illustrative and contain no actual patient information. Your account displays only laboratory reports that have been reviewed, released and authorized for you. A payment confirmation does not create laboratory results.

Does Claror replace my healthcare professional?

No. Claror is being designed to make laboratory information more understandable and support informed clinical conversations. It does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or specialist care, and it is not for emergencies.

The details belong to the test.

Purpose, measurements, price, specimen requirements, and interpretation differ by product. Explore them together before deciding on a next step.

For informed conversations, not a substitute for professional medical assessment.
